Hilary, which is the name of a Cowichan Valley dairy farmer, raises goats and cows in his bucolic fields. He converts their milk into delicious hand crafted cheeses, which he sells at Saturday's Duncan farmers market as well as his Cowichan Bay licensed bistro - which affords a spectacular view over the water. |
